Louis Capolino brings 30+ years of trucking and transportation experience to RCP. He has led organizations through economic turnaround/growth cycles since he began his career at GE Capital, Transportation division. Louis has a proven success record in driving strategic business transformations along with extraordinary revenue growth. He was COO of FreightCenter, a transportation, trucking, and railroad company, from 2010 to 2016 and Vice President of Comdata, a financial services company, in 2008 and 2009. Before this, Louis also held many other senior advisory positions with transportation companies such as Flocap, Inc., Venezia Bulk Transport, Inc., and Apple Transport Group, to name a few.
He began his career in 1989 with GE Capital and was named Vice President and Division Manager shortly after. He has been recognized for his accomplishments and has won the trust and cooperation of stakeholders with passion, forthrightness, candor, inspirational leadership and personal integrity. He has sat on the board of Shipping Quest, a logistics and supply chain company, since in 2018, and many others throughout his career. Louis earned his BA in Business Management from Pace University in New York.
